Welcome to Carolina Reeper with Jon Reep! A weekly podcast by comedian Jon Reep and his pals from Hickory. Jon lived in Los Angles for 18 years, but after his dad suffered a stroke, he moved back home to take care of his folks in Hickory, NC. Jon has spent half of his life in North Carolina and the other half in California. He’s the Urban Cowboy of podcasting. Each week Jon chats with his Hickory friends, his parents, other comedians & even celebrity guests. In TROLL PATROL, Jon trolls Oprah Winfrey on Facebook about her New Year's Eve post and confusion over the year she's celebrating.
In REDNECK REVIEWS, Intern Isaiah reviews episode 5 of "And Just Like That...", the "Sex in the City" revival series on HBO.  The Hate List is growing... but it seems to be the same character's name showing up multiple times.
Jon then plays another round of HOW MUCH IS THAT SCREEN ACTORS GUILD RESIDUAL CHECK? with his audience, talking to three random listeners and getting their guesses on the amount for a check he got in the mail.
In SMALL TOWN NEWS, a mascot for a minor league baseball team posts a very suggestive picture online and gets his team in a real pickle.  Jon and Marc discuss whether the post was an accident… or maybe intentional?
Then in GOODWILL HUNTING, Jon and Marc exchange gifts from a local Goodwill store.  Jon has a new prop for the studio to make the interns be quiet, and Marc has a new way to cook his Ramen noodles!
